I am always interested in raising awareness about how people can use stories to help others. I think it is especially important that educators tell stories to teach and empathize with their students (children or adults) and parents use storytelling to help their children with challenges in their lives. I work as a professional storyteller and storytelling coach and I find that most people think storytelling can only be used by certain people who have speaking talent. I would like to learn ways to help educators and parents to learn that we all use stories to help teach and that we can more consciously learn to use storytelling with our children and students. To use your words, I would like to "increase possibility through the intentional application" of story in our lives.
